CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON AFFORDALBE HOUSING COMPLEX IN GREENVILLE'S OVERBROOK NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in the Overbrook historic district on Lowndes Hill Road, the 88-unit development will provide affordable housing for renters earning less than 60% of the area’s median income. Nineteen units will be designated for households earning 30% or less of the area median income.
