The Villas at Swansgate is a 64 unit elderly affordable community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Rehabilitated in 2016, Swangate features one and two-bedroom units in two courtyard style buildings. The project was funded through South Carolina federal LIHTCs and mortgage financing from Wells Fargo.
