A 48 unit Family Affordable Housing project in Florence, South Carolina, Palmetto Station features direct access two and three-bedroom units in two-story private entry building types. Also featured is a stand-alone clubhouse area that includes a computer center, leasing office, kitchen and multipurpose room, and a laundry area. Additional on-site amenities include a gazebo and a playground area. The project is funded with SCSHFDA tax credits.
